About Us
East Coast Amusements was founded in September 2001. It’s primary goal - to become a national service center for coin-op product as well as a premier full service New England distributor. We have achieved that goal. Calling on a combined experience of over 50 years in the coin-op field, Dick Donlan and Mark Capitanio have the knowledge in coin-op and general electronics to repair virtually anything that crosses their paths.
Donlan and Capitanio have been a team since the early seventies when they both served aboard the USS Edward McDonnell, DE-1043 as Sonar Technicians. They have been together ever since. They both credit their Navy electronics training as a major bridge to success in this field.
East Coast Amusements enjoys not only national respect as a top notch service center but also the respect of local New England operators with whom they have built solid personal relationships over the last three decades. East Coast Amusements exclusively offers some of the most sought after products to its New England operators.
Paul Donlan and Mike Ackerman handle all of the game repairs as well as most of the digital jukebox problems. They are rapidly becoming the “go to” guys when it comes to digital jukes and countertops. Quan Truong, our latest addition, is strong in many aspects of service from monitors to computers to arcade games. He compliments the rest of the staff very well.
Bruno Puglia is our Rowe bill acceptor expert and is quite possible the most knowledgeable Rowe tech in the country. If you need it done right, he’s your guy.
The techs at East Coast Amusements would be nothing without the solid support of our solid front office staff consisting of our new office manager Emily Pirie and her staff consisting of JoAnne Randlett and Dottie Donlan. They do an unbelievable job holding everything together.
